1. Introduction

Welcome to Only 3 Snacks. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "TOS") govern your use of our website, Only3Snacks.com (the "Site"), and any related online features, e-commerce functions, content, or services we provide (collectively, the "Service") and are operated by Only 3 Snacks ("we," "us," "our").

2.1 Account Creation:
 Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

3.1 Order Acceptance:
 When you place an order through the Service, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the price at checkout.

3.2 Pricing and Availability:
 We work hard to ensure product descriptions, inventory status, and pricing are accurate. Still, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

3.3 Payment:
 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information for all orders placed through the Service. Purchases must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be processed.

 

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Shipping Policy:
 Shipping options, times, and costs are displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
 All items purchased from Only 3 Snacks are made pursuant to a shipment contract; risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

4.2 Return Policy:
 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 45 days of the date you received your order. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging (unopened food items, unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy). Some items may be non-returnable for food safety reasons. 5. Service Use:

5.1 Acceptable Use
 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not use the Service:

7. Termination
